The Strong Girls Club Mother & Daughter Hike is an intentional space for mothers and daughters to slow down, move their bodies, and connect—both with each other and with themselves.
Through a gentle hike in nature, guided moments of reflection, and shared experiences, this gathering is designed to support emotional awareness, communication, and a sense of inner strength in girls, while also nurturing the mother–daughter bond.
This is not about pushing limits or performance—it’s about presence, curiosity, and meaningful connection.
